Job Description

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a Network Operations Technician to join our client in Overland Park, KS.

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage long duration tickets with focus on BTS outages.
- Coordinating ticket resolutions with fix agents.
- Escalate and engage needed resources to resolve issues.
- Working cross departmentally to ensure that outages are properly reported and resolved.

Job Qualifications:

- Two to three (2-3) years of experience in this type of role (tech support, NOC, etc).
- Telecom experience or strong Technical acumen.
- Excellent Communications skills.
- Must be able to learn quickly and manage changing priorities.
- Flexibility in working ANY shift including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
